AG Free Shipping Promo Code

Heyy guys! Today I'm sharing with you the code to get free shipping off your order from American Girl. This works for orders over $100. It is PF29096. Enter this in the code at the top of the online shopping bag screen. Again, it only works for orders over $100, so check for the subtotal to be over $100. If you enter this at the beginning before you've added anything to your order, once you reach $100 subtotal it will show up as $0 under shipping. You can also add it at the end. Hope this saved you some money on your AG purchase! :)

AGP Trip Summer 2013 and GOTY 2013

Heyy guys! I really would like to get Saige, GOTY 2013!As of October 2012,  I hope to save up enough money throughout the rest of this year and next year, 2013, to get her collection...I know, big dreams! :)
AGP!
On January 1st and 2nd, they give out a "goody bag" and have some really cool events, but they have similar and more events throughout the year (crafts and celebrations for the GOTY, same things that they give on the 1st and 2nd but spread out for the events, as well as some new items that weren't given out on the 1st and 2nd). I'm hoping/planning to go in the Summer (July/August 2013). I would like to go during one of the events for the GOTY and have a personal shopper. The personal shoppers are free, and they can help you make decisions as well as look through some items in a back room before deciding what you'd like to purchase. They can also give you some special items, like a poster for the GOTY or newest historical. I'm very excited to go...probably in July. I started saving 10 months ago! :) I'm putting that aside for next year.
I would like to get her in January or February, however, I think that it would be so cool to get a doll in a store! I've never gotten a doll from an AGP so I think that would be really fun...but since I would probably be going in July or August that would leave 4-5 months to get the rest of her collection. I think that I would like to get her collection throughout the year, instead of saving (I'll have more money by Summer 2013) and getting it within 4 months. I do actually have my birthday and Christmas after August though, so that also gives me chance to get a few items.
This post was basically just what I plan to do in 2013, for AGP and GOTY. What do you think of the new GOTY 2013? Her name and basic storyline has been revealed, not what she looks like quite yet....can't wait for that! :)
So thanks for reading/commenting and have a wonderful week!

Doll Kitchens

Heyy guys! I always enjoy looking at doll food, so I scoped out some ideas and kitchens on the internet. Leave your opinions on each kitchen below :)

First, the popular Our Generation Gourmet Doll Kitchen

Many videos and blogs show this kitchen...it's very cute! It retails for around $62 at Target and online. I like that it comes with a lot of doll food.

Kit's Cookstove & Produce and Preserves

This is one of Kit's items from American Girl. It's not actually a complete kitchen, but the cookstove could be used in a doll kitchen. I put the picture of the Produce & Preserves because it goes with the cookstove and includes some food/cookware. The costs are $68 for the stove and $34 for the Produce and Preserves. Together, it would be $102. I think that the OG kitchen would be a better deal if you're looking for something that is a full kitchen. However, something more realistic looking (the OG looks more like a play kitchen to me) the Cookstove might be a better way to go even though it's based from the '30's.

Payne Street Doll Boutique Kitchens
I can't show a picture here, but follow this link to see some: http://www.psdollboutique.com/Doll-Tables---Kitchen-Sets.html
These kitchens are lovely and realistic. I like that they are made out of wood and are handmade. As you can see on the site, they have some great features such as opening cupboards for storage. These are a bit pricy, but since they are handmade and made-to-order (colors and styles) you can see the value in them.

So which was your favorite? If you know of any other doll kitchens, let me know down below. I'd love to hear about them :)  Thanks for reading/commenting!

Blog Design

Heyy guys! I'm re-doing my blog design, so if you see anything that looks weird it's because I'm in the process of changing things and updating it. I'm kind of bored with this look and may go back to it someday...but I want something fresh and new. I think it will also inspire me for some new posts! Thanks :)
